Processing of personal data - consent
If you have ticked the box "yes, I consent to you contacting me by e-mail with newsletters or offers", we will process your e-mail address and information about your purchases with us until it is no longer relevant. In practice, this means until you inform us that you no longer wish to receive e-mails from us. You can always withdraw your consent. What is your information used for and on what basis do we process it?
Our processing of personal data is always based on a lawful basis.
We use your personal data for the following purposes:
Delivery of agreed services/goods/services
Communication with you in connection with the offering of our services
Individual marketing and targeting of tailored offers and services relevant to you as a customer
When you visit sisterspoint.com, we automatically collect information about you and your use of our site. This is to optimize your user experience, the functions on the site, and to enable targeted marketing, including retargeting via e.g. Facebook and Google. This use may include surveys and analyses aimed at improving our products, user experience, services, and technologies, as well as displaying content and advertisements tailored to your interests and hobbies.
When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect information such as your name, email address, and your shopping patterns. This is solely for use on our site, and we use it for personalizing news, tips, and offers. We send approximately 2-4 newsletters per month, and you can always unsubscribe by clicking on the link at the bottom of the email or by sending an email to sisp@sisters-point.dk.
The legal basis for the processing is Article 6, section 1, letter b of the EU General Data Protection Regulation concerning the fulfillment of a contract, letter c concerning compliance with legal obligations, such as storing transaction information in accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act, and letter f concerning the pursuit of legitimate interests, which includes continuous improvement of products, services, and shopping experiences, as well as recording your preferences, etc., to target our offer campaigns and advertisements to you with the aim of improving your user experience. In addition, we process your personal data in accordance with Article 6, section 1, letter a of the EU General Data Protection Regulation when you have given your explicit consent as a reader of our newsletters or as a customer in the webshop.
The provision of personal data may be necessary if we are to deliver products to you that you have purchased in our webshop. We cannot offer you our products unless you provide us with the required information.
Who do we share your information with?
SisterS point uses data processors, including providers of software, web hosting, social and professional backups, security, and storage. Your personal data will therefore be processed by third parties under instructions from SisterS point. Data processors only process your personal data for the specific purposes for which the information was collected, and based on the data processing agreements entered into between SisterS point and the data processor. We oblige all data processors to treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with applicable law.

When do we transfer personal data to countries outside the EU/EEA?
Some of these data processors, e.g., Google Analytics by Google LLC and Facebook Inc., are established in the USA. The necessary guarantees for the transfer of information to the USA are ensured through the data processor's certification under the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield, cf. Article 45 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation

How long do we store your information?
We store your information for 5 years from the end of the financial year to which the transaction relates, in accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act.
Access, rectification or erasure of personal data
You have the right to be informed about which personal data we process about you. You can also object to the use of your data at any time. You can also object to the processing of your data for direct marketing. At the same time, you can withdraw your consent for your data to be processed. If the information processed about you is incorrect, you have the right to have it corrected or deleted. In certain cases, you also have the right to data portability, which means that you receive your personal data in a structured and commonly used format, and the right to have this information transferred to another controller.
